Dedicated to protecting greenspace and rural land while advocating for improved infrastructure. Bailey brings residents' voices to City Hall to end overdevelopment and hold developers accountable.
End Overdevelopment
We must end overdevelopment and hold developers accountable. Bailey will fight to ensure that any city expansion is thoughtful and serves local residents and small businesses first. Currently, our infrastructure cannot support anymore mass development and residents are paying the price.
Fiscal Responsibility
Bailey believes in promoting fiscal responsibility and thoughtful spending. He is committed to holding himself and the council accountable, always putting taxpayers first. Using residents as a blank check must end.
Infrastructure & Quality of Life
Advocating for improved infrastructure is non-negotiable. Bailey fights for the quality of life our city wants and deserves. We need to invest in our roads, sidewalks, and utilities because they have been neglected for far too long.
